SENATE BILL NO. 239 "An Act approving and ratifying the sale of                                                                 
royalty oil by the State of Alaska to Petro Star Inc.; and providing for                                                        
an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                    
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There                                                            
being no further objection, it was so ordered.
